Burnley will run out of money by August if Premier League uncertainty continues, concedes club chairman

Burnley director Mike Garlick has conceded the club will "come up short on cash by August"  if uncertainty surrounding the current Premier League campaign continues.

The coronavirus pandemic sees the opposition presently suspended uncertainly with question marks about whether this season will be finished.

UEFA have focused on that household battles shouldn't be rejected right now, with genuine repercussions approaching for any semblance of Burnley should the season not be finished.

"Burnley FC are set to lose around £5 million in lost income from the unplayed home games which if the season completions would be probably not going to be recovered inferable from the conceivable possibility of these installations being played away from public scrutiny.

"Furthermore, the Clarets face passing up a great opportunity money installments from the Premier League of up to £45 million in communicating income and different things if the season isn't done. It is accepted that different clubs could be taking a gander at up to a £100m deficit."
